Responsibility for Fees

Counsel, not clients, contract for mediation services and are responsible for paying all fees. The full mediation fee must be paid at least seven days prior to the mediation.

The fee will be shared equally between the parties unless a separate agreement has been reached.

Additional Fees

Fees for “unused” time will not be refunded.
