Mediation Fees
Half Day: $5,000
Full Day: $9,000
A flat rate is charged for mediations conducted via Zoom. The rate includes two hours of preparation time, up to four hours for a half day and up to eight hours for a full day. There is no administrative fee.
Mediations conducted in person may be subject to additional costs.
Responsibility for Fees
Counsel, not clients, contract for mediation services and are responsible for paying all fees. The full mediation fee must be paid at least 30 days prior to the mediation.
The fee will be shared equally between the parties unless a separate agreement has been reached.
The full mediation fee must be paid prior to the mediation via check or Zelle.
Refund Policy
The full mediation fee will be refunded if the mediation fee is cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled mediation date. The fee is subject to forfeiture if cancellation or postponement occurs fewer than 30 days in advance, unless another mediation is scheduled to replace the reserved date.
Fees for “unused” time will not be refunded.
